The Club

Clonmel Camera Club was established in 2004. It is a friendly, sociable group of people who share a love of all things photographic. Its aim is to promote the knowledge and photographic skills of the members, and provide a forum for interaction with others of similar interest.

The Club is run by and for the members, and decisions on the running of the club are decided in a democratic manner by a committee of members. Their main role is to organise club nights, competitions, outings etc

The Club is affiliated to the Irish Photographic Federation (IPF) and the Southern Association of Camera Clubs (SACC)

Annual fee is currently €50 with reductions for families and students, payable in January.

Visitors are always welcome  and membership is open to all.

Meetings

Club meetings are held on alternate Monday nights starting at 7:00pm.

The season runs from January to May, has a break during Summer, and then from September to December – see Club Programme on this website.

We normally meet in the back bar of The Coachman, Parnell Street, but have several outdoor shoots where we meet at a pre-arranged location.

Potential new members can come along to any meetings to see if it is for them before applying to join.
